Foshan, December 11,2024—After six months of intensive and orderly construction and commissioning, our customer—— Ningbo Baoxin, today announced that its 3 # Recoil Unit as the customer company’s first own domestic designed and constructed Recoil Unit project has been successfully put into production and reached the expected capacity. Six months ago, customer company faced the challenge of production line upgrading to meet the growing market demand. They chose our company as partner. 3# Recoil Unit as the first domestic recoil unit project independently designed and constructed by the customer company. Since the launch of the project, our team has worked closely with the customers to ensure that every step from equipment installation to commissioning is carried out in accordance with the highest standards. In November, the 3 # recoil unit ushered in the functional assessment. Facing the challenge of the monthly target output of 12,500 tons, the equipment, production and manufacturer personnel work together to continuously optimize the production process. In the end, the unit produced 12,812 tons of qualified products with an effective operation rate of 96.6%, exceeding the monthly production target.

The production efficiency of the customer company has been significantly improved, and the product quality has also been guaranteed. This result not only brings direct economic benefits to the customer company, but also adds new vitality to their market competitiveness.
