It is equipped with gear and shaft box, leveler device, roller wheel, back roller, clip wheel, and feed guide plate. The leveler device’s main device power is DC 250KW DC motor. The leveler device flat wheel lift is gear reduction motor with brake. The leveler device system control is fully synchronized with the foot feed wheel of the shear bed. It is automatic brake system.

Basic capacity: 6mm~25mm T x 2050mmW hot-rolled steel roll and leveling feeding, etc. The maximum line speed is 40 meters.

Decoiler Device

The first process in the production line of shear machine is to open roll, which will use the Decoiler Device. The Decoiler Device is used to support the steel coil, rotary steel coil. With the requirement of speed and plate quality, the type has gradually developed to the expansion drum type decoiler device. Decoiler device is equipped with driving mechanism. The rolling of the rolling material is driven by the driving roll. When the conveyor device feeding the material into the Decoiler Device, the hydraulic decoiler expands the claw plate to tighten the steel coil, and the rise and contraction should be cooperate with the roll to avoid break the car or the decoiler shaft.

The motor are equipped with a safety tooth coupling to ensure the safe use of the Double Slitter Device. The motor use external ventilation type DC motor and equipped with speed measuring motor that used to measure the speed of the DC motor.

Stacker Device is used for collect neatly the long steel sheet that sent through the conveyor. The long steel sheet that cut by shear bed is sent through the conveyor. The Stacker Device is equipped with the left width adjustment, right width adjustment, longitudinal adjustment, hand support, side plate, tail hitting plate and lifting device. The left and right width adjustment can adjust the stacking position. The longitudinal position of the stack for the lifting function of the first plate and the thick plate. The stacking frequency can be set on the touch screen. The lifting table has the automatic descent function in the automatic control.

The Pinching Device is used for pinching to convey the rolled steel strip. The Pinching Device is composed of the lower mounting frame and the upper mounting frame. The upper end of the lower support frame is equipped with a power wheel. The power wheel is connected to the lower support frame, the drive motor is provided on one side of the power wheel, The lower end of the lower support frame is fixed with a lower connecting rod. The other end of the lower connecting rod is fixed and mounted. Need to clean the tape before pinching. Remove the iron scraps, beads, or oil stains from the steel strip surface. The conveyor device is welded and processed by high rigid square steel pipe and rectangular steel pipe. The upper part of the conveyor device is coated with galvanized steel plate.

Expansion tape conveyor is divided into two parts: fixed part and non-fixed part. The fixed part is composed of head drive, belt storage, collecting and releasing tape, etc. and the non-fixed part is composed of detachable support and tail without bolts.

The Scrap Device is to retrieve the broken belts and aluminium foil chips. It is designed to pump in the broken belts and aluminium foil chips in reject dump and recycled through pipes. The Scrap Device composed of conveyor belt, guide roller, lower and upper shear blades. The conveyor belt is set below the volume space. The guide roller is set below the conveyor belt. The both sides of the conveyor belts have roll mechanism. The scrap recycling box is set on both sides of the waste edge drawing device body. A winding channel is set between the conveyor belt and the roll mechanism.
